Each course was a wonderful surprise. A delicious meal. The chef was amazing and such a wonderful host. An excellent selection of wines and sake. Service was fantastic.

Omasava is something entirely different. From the moment you approach the dramatic black entry doors, it becomes clear that this is not simply a restaurant, it is an immersive work of art. Every element feels as though it was conceived by an artist. The atmosphere is dark, moody, and transformative. With no windows and no connection to the outside world, time seems to disappear. The experience becomes almost cinematic. The only illumination is focused on the two sushi chefs, whose work becomes the evening's performance. Seating is limited to just twelve guests, creating an intimacy that feels increasingly rare. The bar itself is crafted from an ancient slab of wood that predates recorded history by centuries. Above, an extraordinary wine collection is suspended overhead, softly backlit to create a warm ambient glow throughout the space. Phenomenal. Even the architecture tells a story. A monumental marble slab serves as the restroom door, while several walls have been engineered to move, revealing concealed storage and transforming the space itself. What makes Omasava so memorable, however, is not any single design element, it is the feeling. Every visit feels deeply personal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we arrived, every detail was executed to perfection. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and unlike anything else in Naples. Each course was beautifully presented and showcased incredible craftsmanship, creativity, and the freshest ingredients imaginable. The omakase experience was truly exceptional—every bite felt thoughtfully curated, with unique flavors that perfectly balanced tradition and innovation. Watching the chefs work with such precision and passion made the evening even more special. The service was equally outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The staff took the time to explain each course and ensured that every guest felt valued throughout the evening. If you're looking for a world-class dining experience, Omasava is a must-visit. This was easily one of the best meals I've ever had, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates extraordinary food, impeccable service, and a truly memorable night out. As an avid lover of Omakase for over 20 years ,I can say Omasava is the real deal! The whole experience from beginning to end rival that of many I’ve had in New York City, Nakazawa ,Masa ,Sushi Sho, etc . All the fish is flown in from Tokyo fresh, the Toro was like butter,Uni from .Hokkaido , Caviar was amazing. The 👾Chefs were true artists!! I especially enjoyed the wine list and the ability to pair the meal, with sake, vintage champagne, Rieslings and Gruner Veltliners! This is simply the go to spot for sushi In South Florida!! Totally worth a trip from anywhere., can’t wait to go back!

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our dearest friend Julia’s birthday at the newly opened Omasava — and what an unforgettable experience it was. ✨🍣 For a few hours, we almost forgot we were in Southwest Florida. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were transported into what felt like a serene Japanese sushi garden where time slowed down, conversations became softer, and every detail was intentional. The ambiance, the artistry, the pacing, and the hospitality all came together to create a truly immersive omakase journey. The 25-course experience paired with sake was nothing short of extraordinary. Every course felt like a story unfolding in front of us — elegant, delicate, and beautifully crafted. Highlights from the menu included the blue fin tuna trio, chawanmushi, ebi tempura, wagyu M59 nigiri, wagyu gyoza, lobster miso soup, takuan toro temaki, and an incredible nigiri progression featuring otoro, uni, hotate, kinmedai, shima aji, and more. The desserts beautifully closed the evening with the yuzu tartlet, miso ice cream, yuzu marshmallow, and salted caramel praline. 🍶✨ One of the most special parts of the evening was getting to speak with our sushi chef
